ABOUT TIM WADEY

I help our clients across all sectors with advice and support in the best way to deploy and optimise technology. This includes all aspects from requirements capture and business case through to operating model, drawing deep technical expertise from across the Logicalis team. Structured advisory engagements are designed to efficiently identify the current situation, the desired outcome and map the changes required. I use these frameworks to work with teams from our clients and Logicalis and our vendors to ensure business value from investments is optimised.I bring true operational experience gained in Logicalis and the military to support this advice.I had a 21 year career in the Army before joining Logicalis UK. During which I was deeply involved in IT and communications technology in support of military operations, culminating in a four-year tour within the Ministry of Defence defining and procuring satellite communication systems. I also developed an involvement in the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), sitting on professional committees.I joined Logicalis in as a consultant and have held a number of roles. I was instrumental in the architecture, contractual structure and subsequent initial rollout of the PSBA (Public Sector Broadband Aggregation) network contract for the Welsh Government. I have spent time working across the business in Managed Services, Sales, Proposition Development and Marketing and as Managed Services Director prior to assuming my current role in 2015.
