Delivered solutions and managed infrastructure projects to migrate Telephony systems from legacy voice systems to Microsoft Teams. Partnered with local site IT resources and Cloud Voice Engineers to complete the migration for 225 Koch sites. Worked with multiple telephony vendors in mutually beneficially ways to deliver the best value for Koch.(Microsoft, AT & T, Audio Codes, Pure-IP, Algo, Yealink). Challenged and improved existing processes. • Managed the migration of 225 Koch sites from old legacy voice systems (PBX/POTS) to more modern Microsoft Cloud Voice. Partner with site leadership across all Koch companies sites located in countries all over the world. • Yealink Phone Refresh project – coordinated the efforts to update the firmware on phones and deploy replacement phones for end of life models• Coordinated the effort to migrate phone numbers from 250 Koch sites from AT & T to Microsoft.• Coordinated the migration of SIP/analog numbers, 600 devices from an older more expensive AT & T to a more efficient Direct Routing as a Service AT & T/Audio Codes product.
