   General Motors vision of zero crashes, zero emissions and zero congestion. General Motors Engineering group manager of safety systems that help avoid accidents, such as collision alerts, automatic advanced baking, and steering avoidance. My team is responsible for the validation of Super-Cruise, Keep Lane Assists, Pedestrian Detection, Rear Virtual bumper, sounding and trailering visio, Adaptive Cruise Control, and many other features that are designed to protect the vehicles occupants, and its surroundings. We are the Voice of the customer and provide an unbiased assessment of each feature ensuring the high level of quality expected from GM is met for active safety features like Side Blind Zone Assist, Lane Change Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Advanced/ Ultrasonic Park Assist, SuperCruise and UltraCruise My team collaborates with DREs and suppliers daily to improve feature functionality and performance. My team developed automatic data collection process for Park Assist validation which will resulted in a 35% efficiency improvement. We supported the designed new brake control algorithms for fail operational autonomous braking using MATLAB / Simulink for software development, collected and analyzed data obtained from conducting vehicle test maneuvers for algorithm verification and calibration, and Validated requirements were being met and improved overall functionality using SIL, HIL bench, and in-vehicle testing.
