September 2013 to presentMy role primarily involves advising a wide range of stakeholders of distressed businesses at varying stages along the corporate life cycle. I have broad experience of a wide range of restructuring projects in a variety of sectors including (but not limited to) construction, steel, education, outsourcing, manufacturing, retail, wholesale and distribution, automotive, hospitality and leisure.Key corporate advisory experiences include implementing new financial forecasting process to support a debt and equity raise for the Middle East division of a FTSE 250 plc in 2015. In 2017/2018 I was working with a large former FTSE 250 construction and outsourcing business to assist it in preparing fully integrated financial forecasts to underpin its business plan for a large and complex refinancing / restructuring.
