I’m a Healthcare Analytics leader with over a decade of experience in Data Engineering and Analytics, specializing in Value-based Care and Population Health analytics and extracts. I have experience in Oracle\'s Cerner HealtheIntent Suite, Epic’s Cogito platform, and Allscript’s Data Warehouse. My expertise lies in aligning technical and business strategies, value-based care analytics, cost and utilization dashboards, HEDIS, data warehouse architecture, integrating complex data sources, and leading high-performing teams. Most recently, I served as the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic, where I led the creation of a high-performing data and analytics team dedicated to achieving success in high-risk global capitation lines of business. I also stay up to date on programming skills and learning about AI such as ChatGPT and communicating with OpenAI APIs in Python. In my next role I am interested in advancing the use of AI in Healthcare. I have a deep technical proficiency in SQL and Python, the Microsoft BI stack (SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, and SSRS, Power BI), Tableau, Azure Data Studio, Jupyter Notebooks, and other various data and analytics tools.
