Tim started as a project manager and estimator in 1998 with Bouten Construction, taking the planning and executing of new projects from preconstruction to closeout. During his 21 years with Bouten, his responsibilities have increased along with the complexity of projects he oversees. Tim’s current role has him leading the newly established Preconstruction Services Department at Bouten. This team is a best-in-class resource for Owners and Design partners as they establish their project goals, select team partners, develop execution plans, manage budgets and schedules, aid in permitting and set the stage for construction. This is a service Tim believes the OAC community needs. In addition to leading Preconstruction Services, Tim acts as Project Executive overseeing several high-profile projects and works closely with Bouten’s Director of Safety to ensure their field teams meet the highest safety standards.
