I\'m an experienced communications and HR professional with specific experience and subject matter expertise in Reward, Pensions and Inclusion & Diversity. I work collaboratively and productively with a wide range of people to achieve positive results through relationships. I look for ways to simplify and focus campaigns and messages. I currently manage communications on pensions and have previously covered Reward and employment policy. I\'ve won awards for the Group on its disability programme and managed communications for the Lloyds Access Disability Network.Outside work I\'ve been a Labour Party parliamentary candidate three times, trebling the vote in the Weston-super-Mare constituency. I\'ve been a Councillor on Weston Town Council for 13 years and serve on the Council’s Policy & Finance and Planning & Environment Committees.
