About Tim Strickland
For over 20 years I have practiced marine and offshore energy law along the Texas Gulf Coast. My experience includes litigating all types of marine/offshore energy claims in state and federal courts and also in front of arbitration panels. I have also been intimately involved in some of the most significant marine casualties along the Gulf Coast including the BP Thunderhorse salvage efforts, Deepwater Horizon spill response and numerous other marine casualties, spills and hurricane related incidents. We also have litigated non marine matters including complex commercial and insurance cases. You will often find me hunting or fishing along the Texas Coast as that is my true passion.
