About Tim Strickland
For nearly 34 years, I have been practicing maritime and offshore energy related law along the Texas Gulf Coast. My experience includes emergency reponse to oil spills, ship collisions including extensive work on the BP Deep Water Horizon spill response legal team. I have successfully tried cases in state and federal courts and arbitrations with a broad range of experience in many areas from employment related issues, commercial transactions and litigation as well as marine related personal injury suits. Certified Mediator by the State of Texas!Head of our Fisheries and Wildlife Practice Group. My passion is the outdoors and my son.
