Forge Technologies are a digital IT organisation centred around four technology practices: Cloud & Modern Datacentre, Future Workplace, Secure Networking, and Digital App & Innovation. All technology practices are complimented by extensive transformational expertise and robust UK based 24x7x365 service operations.The Cloud & Modern Datacentre practice delivers public, private, and hybrid cloud solutions using technologies from vendors including Microsoft Azure, HPE, Dell, VMware, Veeam and Rubrik. The Future Workplace practice enables secure and flexible working through solutions such as Microsoft 365, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Office 365 and Citrix.The Secure Networking practice provides modern connectivity and network architectures including SD-WAN, ZTNA and SASE, leveraging platforms from Fortinet and Cisco. The Digital App & Innovation practice focuses on application development and modernisation using Microsoft Power Apps, Logic Apps and Microsoft Fabric, alongside cloud workload re-architecture and software development incorporating AI and machine learning to drive automation and productivity.All solutions are secured using technologies and services from partners including Microsoft, Fortinet, Arctic Wolf and Evalian.In my role as Principal Architect, I work closely with Business Development teams to engage with both new and existing clients. Through these engagements, I focus on understanding each organisation’s strategic objectives, operational challenges, and long-term ambitions. This insight enables the design of scalable, secure, and commercially efficient technology solutions that support digital transformation and deliver tangible business outcomes.
