ABOUT TIM STEGINK

Award-winning and quality-focused educator and coach, with solid track record of supporting students with a variety of learning differences, and helping them find success in education. I have helped grow the Student Services department at our school into an area of strength. This was done through creating a bond with the teachers as well as with the families. The satisfaction was hearing families say multiple times,\"We chose this school because of your department and what you do.\" I have a proven track record in the area of marketing our department to student applicants and their parents. When a problem presented itself, I rose to the challenge and found the solution that allowed for all parties involved to feel heard, understood, satisfied. On the days when the office was not so busy, I explored ways to streamline our process and maximize our ability to support students. This was done by moving our entire office from paper and pencil to digital cloud server. I worked diligently with our curriculum coordinator to update our curriculum with new classes that better supported our student body. On professional development days I was in front of our faculty and staff presenting on ways to better support and help students with learning differences and how to help them find success. I am a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to perform at the highest level, and learn something new everyday.
