Responsible for overall supplier enablement process and policy development support; overseeing the full end to end life cycle of supplier enablement onto enterprise wide Procure to Pay (P2P) system. Targeting the adoption of approximately suppliers; including food, beverages, supplies, disposables and services. • Responsible for the enablement of suppliers, allocating the resources to implement the targeted suppliers and integrating with overall P2P operating model implementation • Direct coordination between suppliers, Aramark stakeholders, Supplier Enablement Team and P2P Contractor • Manage supplier enablement analyst team’s progress in enablement program • Lead issue escalation and resolution with P2P Contractor • Coordinate and provide oversight of P2P Contractor • Identify desired supplier connections, send initial communication and complete data mapping with suppliers • Direct team of supplier enablement analysts to resolve triaged supplier queries • Provide insight, management and issue resolution of the managed catalog process • Review and manage non-Master Distributor supplier catalogs within P2P technology platform • Implement site-based catalog exposure • Analyze non-catalog volumes to suggest items that should added to the catalog • Align and ensure connectivity of the non-catalog item approval process • Ensure communication and connectivity between Supplier Enablement and enterprise functional, operational, procurement and distribution groups • Inform, advise workstream teams and leadership of enablement activities and progress to ensure alignment and deadlines are met
