I have in excess of 10 years Technical Recruitment experience, all of which was gained in the Aviation and Oil and Gas industries having been a Sales Manager for Line Up Aviation where i was responsible for overseeing significant growth in both the client portfolio and the recruitment team that serviced their manpower needs. Resultantly, i have a depth of knowledge of both the aviation and oil and gas market, its key players and the skills shortages that exist across the sectors. I am perfectly placed to lead the client development of Lupos Global where my Subject Matter Expert status adds significant value to our clients and their recruitment projects. I am a co founder of Lupos Global and as such offer an immediate decision making capacity during my day to day interactions with clients as we continue our rapid expansion.
