I get a kick from helping people take control of their financial lives. At work that means drawing on my 15 years experience in business, design, and technology to design human-centred financial products, services and teams. I find purpose in helping businesses and society thrive by better understanding and solving for the needs of humans. I currently lead the Innovation Capability at Vancity (one of Canada\'s largest Credit Unions) in pursuit of a transformed economy that protects the planet and guarantees equity for all. I\'ve previously worked with: HSBC, Lloyd’s of London, Barclays, VISA, JP Morgan, Rathbones, Lloyds Banking Group, IKEA, and the UK Government.
