Tim is one of two Directors at The Woolly Shepherd and has primary responsibility for the direction and development of the company\'s Natural Acoustics.Product design - Tim plays a lead role in product design at the Woolly shepherd and is responsible for the concept and design of their innovative Natural Acoustics range, including the acoustic cloud first featured on the BBC\'s Countryfile programme.Working alongside members of the BBC Welsh National Orchestra, Tim has also co-designed a personal acoustic screen \'The Haven\' that combines absorption and blocking in a uniquely effective manner, protecting the musician on either side of the screen from excessive dB exposure.Sales and marketingResearch and development - As the driving force behind the Woolly Shepherd\'s Natural Acoustics brand, Tim is constantly looking for ways to improve the performance of the existing acoustics range and for opportunities for new product development.In addition to significantly improving the range of the Woolly Shepherd\'s acoustic room treatment, Tim is also experimenting with the use of various types wool and other natural fibres inside loudspeaker cabinets, with a view to either supplying commercial loudspeaker manufacturers, or alternatively with a view to the development of a Natural Acoustics loudspeaker design.
