In this role I help to solve production challenges in solid oxide fuel cells and electrolysers (SOFC/ECs). This necessitates extensive international collaboration, process due diligence, IP management, and the translation of wider company aims into SMART objectives for myself and other team members. I utilise a broad technical understanding of SOFC design and production, electrochemistry, material science, chemical processing/quality assurance, rheology, analytical chemistry, design of experiments, SixSigma, and 8D problem solving.
