Key Account Manager at CMD Ltd, A market leader in complete power, connectivity and ergonomic solutions for commercial interiors.Working with office furniture manufacturers and dealers, I am passionate about providing the right solutions for projects to help my customers meet their customers’ expectations.My role involves specification support across a wide range of major projects in the UK and around the world, advising on the most appropriate options from within the CMD range of workstation power modules and monitor arms. Enabling customers to deliver compliant, tailored solutions is integral to my role, and I enjoy the troubleshooting aspect of my remit, ensuring we work with the end user’s needs and the design of the furniture specified to answer the brief.I believe that can-do service and a customer-focused approach from the supplier are central to effective specification. From offering support with tenders, to providing training on products and compliance, I am committed to providing that added value.After more than 25 years with CMD Ltd, I bring wide-ranging technical and commercial expertise to my role. A good communicator who enjoys building relationships with customers and providing a service they can trust, I also bring excellent attention to detail to the job and pride myself on quality and reliability.
