ABOUT TIM SHERLOCK

Growing up in a family of hard workers, I learned early on to pay attention to how businesses succeed, what makes them stand out, and what keeps customers coming back. As a full time small business owner, customer service, marketing, and sales have always been at the core of what I do. I have always been intrigued by design and visual appeal, which naturally led me to take a detail oriented approach to solving problems and creating strong customer experiences.As the owner of Cold Slate Creamery, I have been directly responsible for the success of staffing, projects, operations, and sales. I especially love the sales and relationship building side of the work. I enjoy talking to people, creating value, and building trust. I believe the best sales happen when you are genuinely presenting something you care about, not just making a transaction.Beyond my own business, I have also worked as a Program Coordinator for Summer Company with CEDC, supporting young entrepreneurs as they launched their ventures. This gave me the chance to help others grow while deepening my own passion for business development and community connection.I am currently completing my Business Fundamentals diploma at Confederation College, continuing to sharpen my skills in sales, business strategy, and program coordination. I have always been an entrepreneur at heart and I am excited to bring that energy into new opportunities that involve building relationships, driving growth, and creating lasting impact
