About Tim Shenkin
Working in the coffee industry has forever changed me. There is nothing like the first time a customer enthusiastically compliments your latte art. Or the first time you/see/hear and smell first crack during a roast. Or the first time you learn the name of the woman from a far away place who picked and processed your green coffee. Or the first time you offered food and drink in your store to a person in need. There are too many “firsts” to list out. But it’s the “seconds”, “thirds” and “fourths” that are changing me. It simply doesn’t seem to get old— I’ve seen the coffee world continually hold space for hospitality that changes lives and worlds unlike anything else. I believe in the kind of hospitality that changes worlds. I am a specialty coffee professional with a background in roasting and store management. I love making new friends, inspiring hospitality and developing the specialty coffee scene.
