I help leaders build Disaster Spiritual Care systems and advance the ethical integration of AI in spiritual care without losing the human core, equipping healthcare systems and faith-based organizations to remain steady, mission-aligned, and prepared for high stakes moments.For more than two decades, I have worked at the intersection of spiritual care, operational leadership, crisis response, and mission integration. My focus is helping organizations move spiritual care from something valued in theory to something prepared for in practice.I am a mission-driven executive, nationally recognized leader in spiritual care, known for advancing compassionate care, ethical leadership, and the strategic integration across healthcare. As System Executive Director of Spiritual Health at Providence St. Joseph Health, I led more than teams across five Western states in hospice, palliative, and home-based care. I improved chaplain certification eligibility from 70% to 95%, mentored future leaders, and launched performance initiatives that deepened care in clinical services.I have also served in national disaster spiritual care leadership with the American Red Cross, training and mentoring responders who serve alongside the FBI, NTSB, emergency management, and first responder teams.
