ABOUT TIM SCHWANTES
An experienced connector with a demonstrated history of working across sectors to build relationships and trust in order to make social change. I worked for fifteen years with Healthy Places by Design and have intentionally worked to maintain relationships with community partners and advocates. In June 2023, I co-founded Liminal Collaboration, an organization dedicated to help people and groups better navigate the process of collaboration. A concentration in facilitating groups, coaching, collaborative leadership and positively impacting the social determinants of health in local communities. Strong community and social services professional with a Master of Public Health and Social Work from UNC-CH.I am interested in learning from others, sharing my experiences and networks to make change, and making new and unique connections to \"deepen the bench\" of civic life and participation for all people to thrive where they live.
