Responsible for establishing professional client-customer relations, preparing proposals, fiscal management, staff development, directing research projects, and overall quality assurance and cost control of technical products. Principal clients included Department of the Navy, Air Combat Command, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Department of Agriculture, and environmental and engineering firms. Supported Geo-Marine’s environmental division through preparation of cultural resources sections of environmental compliance documents. Principal research projects conducted in the Eastern United States and Caribbean.
