About Tim Rusteika
My career has been heavily focused on project delivery from the early phases of conceptual design through preliminary and final design and construction phase services for rail and transit project. I\'ve worked on a variety of small and large projects for transportation agencies along the east coast including MBTA, MassDOT, VTrans, RIDOT, ConnDOT, MARTA, and more. I have a strong technical background in all aspects of the transportation engineering industry, which allows me to lead multidisciplinary teams on large infrastructure projects with the background and knowledge to make informed decisions that best serve my clients. Currently in my role as Director of Engineering for VHB\'s Boston and New England Transit and Rail practice, I\'m also responsible for managing our groups workload, identifying opportunities for future project work, and supporting my team\'s learning and development goals to make sure we\'re always at the top of our game.
