Responsible for providing technical support to joint training for global Combatant Command exercises and Service events in support of the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) Title 10 responsibilities. Represents the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Director, J-7 on matters regarding the development, integration, and management of DoD simulation programs and strategies to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Services, Combatant Commands, DoD Agencies, and multi-national partners- Leads multiple high-visibility Department of Defense (DoD) initiatives focused on enhancing warfighter readiness, including the development of a joint simulations Initial Capabilities Document, pilot Artificial Intelligence projects to enhance training, and delivery of a multi-domain training feasibility study to Congress- Manages the $550 million Deputy Secretary of Defense (DepSecDef) directed initiative to modernize synthetic training programs- Leads the technical efforts to enable an inaugural global military exercise series refelecting the largest simulation supported events in Joint Staff history.
