ABOUT TIM RUMBLE
Ten years of experience in HR within technology and retail industries and prior to that five years in Retail leadership. Key responsibilities over this time frame have included- Leading large scale change management programmes to ensure business objectives are delivered with focus on future organisational design- Updating employment policies with a focus on business affordability and future HR strategy that have impacted up to colleagues across offices, stores and distribution sites- Training HR colleagues and business leaders to ensure employee relation activity is completed efficiently and in line with UK legislation. This includes advising on ER activities like redundancies, trade union relationships and dismissal processes- Business partnering senior business leaders to deliver a people first strategy and increase performance in relevant KPIs ensuring areas like employee engagement, learning and talent processes are completed to target and reflective of the future needs- Keeping diligent focus on profit and loss with a sound business acumen, an aptitude with data, an ability to view projects long-term, along with impeccable people management skills.Qualifications include- CIPD Associate Member- Level 5 certificate in Human Resources Management- Advanced diploma in International Employment Law.
