I have spent more than 20 years in luxury retail, but what has always mattered most to me is people. The clients we serve, the teams we build, and the standards we hold ourselves to every day. I lead with clarity, consistency, and accountability, but I believe great leadership starts with trust. My role has never been just to drive results, it has been to develop people, create strong culture, and build outcomes that last. I am deeply focused on appointment driven selling, thoughtful client outreach, and delivering experiences that feel personal, elevated, and intentional. When retail becomes chaotic, which it inevitably does, I believe it is crucial to slow down. Details matter most under pressure, and composure creates confidence. The old saying, slow is fast and fast is slow, holds true in both business and life. Taking a measured, thoughtful approach allows teams to stay focused, protect the client experience, and execute at a higher level.I am known for being direct, present, and invested. I evolve when needed, support when it matters, and always protect the brand and the people behind it. I care deeply about doing things the right way, even when it is harder, and I believe preparation and discipline are what allow teams to perform at their best. I am passionate about growth, learning, and becoming better than I was yesterday, as a leader, a teammate, and a person.
