Experience: The bulk of my experience has been hard bid estimating of projects/contracts between $5MM-70MM (value of the electrical), Project Mgmt.(>$1MM) and Procurement. Specialties: Building and maintaining Vendor/Subcontractor relationships. Organizing and leading a group of peer Estimators (Jr, & Sr.) to complete take-offs, inputs, writing scope letter and the final bid package. Interviewing with general contractors/ owners to secure electrical projects as well as mentoring and training Jr. Estimators.Accubid, McCormick, ConEst, RS Means and Microsoft Office Products (specifically Excel), BlueBeamProcurement.
