Through the BIG Approach, and our new NUDGE Technology we drive a dramatically different return on our clients’ investment in culture and people. We help businesses achieve BIG goals by empowering their people to live healthy, happy and productive lives in the new world of work. Through the BIG Foundation, we want to give back to wider society and the community. The Black Isle Group (BIG) Foundation is small but growing and much of my time is spent on this now. It allows me to get back to the essence of my leadership philosophy and spend more time with my wife and family.
