   Senior transit planning consultant (bus and rail) in the Transit & Rail Service Technical Excellence Center of WSP (formerly WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff). I specialize in bus and rail service design and operations planning, streetcar, bus rapid transit, bus on shoulder, transit centers, urban design, and transit station area development. I\'ve managed major projects in St. Louis; New Orleans; Nassau County, NY; Cincinnati and Dayton. Recent projects include BQX- Brooklyn-Queens Streetcar Study (lead planner) and the Houston METRO Long Range Transit Plan (corridor analysis coordinator). I had a long-term role in the development of the Cincinnati Streetcar and served as transit planning task leader on studies and projects for Detroit, Indianapolis, and Lexington. In 2012, I designed station area and transit oriented development guides for the Abu Dhabi Regional Rail Study in 2012. I\'m a frequent presenter at industry conferences including the American Public Transportation Association and state associations.
