My position consists of a wide range of responsibilities. Supplying manpower to support our jobs in the field and our fab shop. Scheduling of training courses for our field forces from Superintendents down to our new apprentices. Labor Tracking of all our projects to ensure best possible results for the company. Scheduling of logistics to supply our projects with the material, tools, etc. to get the projects finished on schedule. Create SOP for positions which I am associated. Most of all make sure that our customers understand that we are professionals and we are doing everything we can make a successful project for them and TJ Dyer.
