About Tim Reagan
With over 20 years in the executive search business, Tim Reagan has spent a majority of his career advising clients within Fortune 50 companies, Private Equity, and top tier consulting firms on senior level talent acquisition, leadership assessment, and succession planning. At Beecher-Reagan Advisors, Tim leads the firms Private Equity Practice, as well as the Operations service line across multiple industries. Tim also plays a key role in several other areas of the firm, including Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Industrial Goods, and Healthcare/Life Sciences. Tim has completed Partner and Practice Leader searches for a variety of clients including AlixPartners, Booz Allen Hamilton, Boston Consulting Group, Booz & Company, FTI, Bain & Company, McKinsey, Catterton Partners, Bridgewater, Oliver Wyman, and Analysis Group.Prior to Beecher-Reagan, Tim worked for Magellan International, a leading retained search firm in the Professional Services space. He came to Magellan International from Krauthamer and Associates, one of the top boutique-sized executive search firms in Washington DC, where he served Fortune 500 companies including General Motors, United Health Group, US Airways, GMAC, and Deloitte & Touche. Tim began his executive search career with DHR International after working at the US Senate. Tim holds duel Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Radford University.
