Tim Raglin is one of the founding partners and currently oversees all the Buisness Operations at Skillwork, a business focused on delivering world class skilled labor across the country. In this role, he leads and is responsible for overseeing and integrating the company’s core business operational functions—including finance, accounting, human resources, and technology/innovation—to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. Tim plays a strategic role in aligning back-office operations with front-line staffing objectives. This includes managing financial health, optimizing internal systems, championing innovation, and ensuring that the company’s infrastructure supports scalability and service delivery. Before UP, Tim was a portfolio and program manger at Raytheon from 20••••15. Prior to joining Raytheon in 2007, Tim served 24 years as a Meteorology and Oceanography (METOC) Officer in the US Navy. During his naval career, he served at a variety of duty stations and held leadership positions providing METOC support and services at the strategic, operational and tactical levels. Tim graduated Summa Cum Laude in Business Management from Idaho State University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Bellevue University. He is 24 year Navy veteran, a former Navy Chief and Mustang Lieutenant Commander.
