Manage a team of seven engineers, overseeing workloads, allocating resources, and coordinating project priorities to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines across 60+ concurrent projects • Lead transmission design and integrity projects, including station revisions, MAOP validations, hydrostatic testing, and integrity digs, ensuring compliance with TIMP and federal and state pipeline safety regulations • Oversee clients’ Compliance Risk Assessment Program, managing vault and above-ground vault projects, tin whistle replacements and retrofits, partition valve retirements, emergency district valve installations, and exposed main replacements • Manage DOT and public improvement projects across a wide range of infrastructure types, including private development conflicts, bridge replacements, box culvert installations, force main projects, grading, and traffic modernization. Emphasize constructability to ensure designs are practical, efficient, and delivered on schedule and within budget • Conduct permitting and coordination with multiple authorities, including railroads, forest preserves, COMED, foreign pipelines, IDOT, counties, and municipalities, to facilitate pipeline installation • Lead coordination of cross-functional teams including engineers, construction operations, contractors, surveyors, land, environmental, system planning, system operations, new business, and municipal stakeholders on every project. Manage third-party vendors for long-lead items to ensure timely delivery and seamless integration into project schedules
