   Innovative Cost Solutions helps businesses reduce their waste disposal and recycling costs. We typically save our clients an average of 35% but the savings can vary from 10% to as high as 50%. The way our service works is that we take a look at a client’s current operations to see if we can improve upon what they are currently doing. If we can identify potential savings opportunities we will do so and present them to our client for their approval. The way we get paid is by sharing in the savings 50/50. The bottom line is that there’s no up front fee to hire us. If we can save our clients money then we simply share in the savings that we produce. If we can’t save our clients any money then no fee is owed. It’s that simple.
