Maximize development productivity, software stability and long-term growth of FIELDBOSS.• Deliver new FIELDBOSS releases within expected timelines.• Maintain and support all active versions of FIELDBOSS.• Manage the development of automated processes to improve engineering and deployment efficiency.• Create yearly budgets for key Engineering objectives.• Promote technical excellence and best practices within the Engineering team, including software architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and testing methodologies.• Ensure the Engineering team understands and meets Rimrock’s objectives.• Provide Engineering staffing recommendations to meet current and future needs.• Meet with leadership team to ensure compliance with company priorities and strategy.• Research industry trends and technologies to ensure the long-term growth of FIELDBOSS.• Conduct meetings with individual team embers weekly, quarterly, and yearly to ensure Engineering deliverables, goals and strategies are communicated.• Lead the development of the core FIELDBOSS product and supporting software.• Architect technical components of the FIELDBOSS platform.• Analyze the FIELDBOSS roadmap and provide feature design and estimates.• Provide leadership in all areas of the software development lifecycle.• Review team members code and deliverables to ensure quality.• Assign and manage daily roadmap tasks to Engineering team members.• Define and review development best practices.• Create, assign, and manage Engineering processes and procedures.• Ensure areas of technical debt in FIELDBOSS are identified and addressed in the design of each release.• Provide technical assistance for the FIELDBOSS Support team and consultants.
