About Tim Potthoff

After graduating from Missouri State University with a degree in Construction Management I worked, as a superintendent, for a local developer building houses, duplexes, townhomes, and large apartment complexes. I worked there for a little over 5 years before working for Bussell Building managing the construction of over 70 house in just under a year. I left Bussell Building to work for a large Midwest home builder, United Built Homes, as a superintendent, building houses all over southern working for Rich Kramer Construction in the summer of 2015 as a Project Manager, managing both commercial and residential projects. Since working for RKC I have completed large commercial projects such as; an airplane hangar, manufacturing warehouse space, office infill projects, office remodels, a large hotel remodel and addition, a large mechanic shop, a new college building, and many other projects. I now love working in the commercial field of construction! I have gained a large amount of experience while working for RKC managing large projects, doing design-build projects, and estimating small projects. On a daily basis I work with owner, architects, engineers and subs to complete projects and deal with the everyday changes of the construction world. Building has become a large part of my life, while still having a wonderful family life, and I look forward to see where it will all take me next!
