ABOUT TIM PELHAM
I have over 38 years of construction experience. With 19 years of supervision. I have worked extensively with Carpenters Local 512 out of Ypsilanti Michigan building multifamily dwellings in my early years. When the opportunity arose, I moved up to Assistant Superintendent with Weis Builders, continuing in the hospitality field building hotels. I went from working with Weis back to a short stint with carpenters Local 1234 working with steel studs and sheet rock at the World Perks Center at Detroit Metropolitan airport, to round out my carpentry experience. When that project was completed I was fortunate enough the pick up a year long project with Frederick Construction out of Kalamazoo. In that time Frederick built a dynamo-meter testing facility in Ann Arbor. For the past 14 years I have been working as a superintendent for MAPP, out of Baton Rouge. For MAPP, I have completed numerous projects in Louisiana, Nebraska, Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and now in Illinois.
