I’m drawn to the problems that sit between teams — where growth is the goal, but decision-making is still running on incomplete inputs and fragile infrastructure.My background is in operations and enablement, primarily in nonprofit and professional services environments. The work tends to follow a pattern: modernize systems, improve execution, and make sure the strategy people talk about is actually supported by process, data, and financial discipline.Most of my work is building the connective tissue: frameworks, operating cadences, data visibility, and system guardrails that make scaling safer.I’m particularly interested in organizational readiness — the signals that indicate a team is entering a modernization window. Leadership transitions. New funding streams. Contract complexity. Hiring surges. Moments where the operating model starts to strain under growth.I also spend time thinking about market intelligence and benchmarking — how public data (contracts, grants, filings) can be translated into clean, decision-useful inputs instead of noise.I’m less interested in buzzwords. I care about improving decision quality and building systems that hold up under scale.
