Currently serve as the Division Finance Director for JLL’s Global Life Sciences division with GAAP revenue of $1.2B. Responsible for financial governance, timely and accurate division reporting, budgeting and forecasting, working capital management, and being a trusted business partner to JLL Life Sciences executive leadership. Prior to this role, served as Senior Finance Director on JLL’s Genentech account with GAAP revenue of $140M responsible for all accounting and finance functions of the account.Currently lead a team of 11 direct reports and a total team of 55. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, succession planning, and high-value talent development.Improved division total past due accounts receivable from 14% to 5% with 0% greater than 60 days past due.Provided financial support related to 5-year MSA extension with client. Developed financial model for glidepath, absorption, and inflation index. Extension will result in $50M operating income over new 5-year term.Worked with clients to successfully transition multiple new account start-ups including development and completion of all critical financial deliverables such as client invoicing and accounts receivable, vendor accounts payable, monthly financial variance reporting, quarterly accruals, client annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts.Successfully delivered all JLL financial requirements such as monthly close, account reconciliations, P&L and working capital management, annual operating plan, and quarterly forecasts in a timely manner.
