Ellicott Development Company is a multi-faceted, fully integrated Property Management, Leasing and Development Firm with the “In-House” capacity to provide legal, administrative, financial, management, accounting, development, site selection, site assemblage, architectural design and drafting services, construction, leasing, maintenance, janitorial and security services.Our investment in real estate properties has fueled our knowledge of the development process and working relationships with local municipalities. Over the years, our developments have led us to expand our property developments throughout Niagara, Upstate New York and into Western Pennsylvania. At present our team is responsible for the management of over square feet of office space in Downtown Buffalo, over square feet of retail space throughout New York and Western Pennsylvania, eight major hotels in the Western New York, as well as over sq. ft. of residential apartments, condominiums and townhomes in the Buffalo/Niagara region.
