I have over 35 years experience of the vehicle remarketing industry having joined BCA’s PR team in 1989. As Group Head of Public Relations I am responsible for BCA’s UK PR operation for the core businesses in remarketing, automotive, logistics, fleet solutions and vehicle services, planning and delivering the annual PR objectives, managing external PR agencies and setting the PR agenda for the Group. I advise and work with the webuyanycar.com, Marshall Motor Group and cinch PR teams to ensure consistent brand messages are delivered.I work closely with BCA\'s senior executive team, alongside the wider marketing and sales teams on strategy and delivery of Group objectives.I manage the company\'s social network profile and represent BCA as media spokesperson across the broadest variety of media.I was honoured to be made a Friend of the Guild of Motoring Writers in 2021.
