TCA Architects has been passionate about designing urban environments since 1993. Our specialties are high-density multifamily housing including: market-rate, affordable, student & senior housing, as well as large scale mixed-use projects, hospitality, and interior design. Tim brings decades of experience as an architect, strategist, and mixed-use master planner with an emphasis on high density market rate and affordable housing. A hands-on leader recognized for both his business and technical acumen, Tim is a member of TCA’s executive committee, leading the firm’s continued expansion into new markets including hospitality and large-scale mixed-use projects.
