As Manager for Business Architecture in Wavestone\'s Business Design Unit I\'m focusing on designing, evolving, and leading BPM/BTM initiatives — covering process visualization, process intelligence as well as Enterprise Architecture & Business Architecture leveraging SAP Signavio, LeanIX, and SAP Cloud ALM. Alongside that I\'m taking care of Project Management responsibilities in international teams as well as presales activities to bring solutions closer to customers. Actively shaping Wavestone\'s Business Architecture portfolio is a challenge I\'m trying to master every day - pushing for efficiency and high quality results. My work supports both client transformation projects and internal excellence initiatives. My broad perspective and expertise offers customers great value across different technologies, various industries & business cases and helps mastering highly complex challenges. In my spare time, I\'d like to be outside and spent time with family and friends.
