This solution has enable us to partner with SAP and Oracle and establish a long list of universally recognized Fortune 500 customers.Responsibilities: I lead the Development, IT, QA, Services and Support organizations for Knoa.Achievements- Implemented internal communications channels to reduce feature turnaround time- Implemented mechanisms to better serve development\'s internal customers of Product, Sales, Services and Marketing- Led the team in development of a fully web based technology on the edge to collect usage data from websites- Led the conversion of our server based solution into a cloud based per-tenant infrastucture- Oversaw the conversion of the per-tenant cloud infrastructure into a true multi tenant Kubernetes bases deployment- Implemented an Agile based development methodology- Implemented a Continuous Integration development process- Transitioned the company to a fully remote working model- Introduced Automation into our QA process- Transitioned our internal infrastructure to a remote data center- Implemented BCP and remote Backup processes- Introduce Cyber-Security best practices and GDPR compliance
