Design and implement a comprehensive New Teacher Series tailored specifically to meet the needs of new and probationary teachers within the school building. The program encompasses a range of professional development sessions, mentorship opportunities, and instructional support, resulting in increased effectiveness and confidence among new teachers. 80 percent of surveyed teachers reportincreased effectiveness and confidence as a direct outcome of the program.• Revamp and restructure tier II support classes and spearhead the restructuring of the entire building\'s Response to Intervention (RTI) process, resulting in improved student outcomes and enhanced supportfor students at all levels, specifically in Spanish Reading & Math. This initiative has led to overallgrowth across grade levels, with an average of 75 percent of students experiencing significant progress.• Lead the development and implementation of targeted programming, engaging over 200 non-English speaking families, to increase accessibility. Streamline community resources, fostering efficient and effective support for students and families, resulting in strengthened community partnerships and enhanced family involvement opportunities.• Manage and oversee a comprehensive range of student support initiatives and programs, includingBuilding Supports - RTI (STAR), Math/Literacy Supports, Afterschool Academy, and WIN, as well asclubs and extracurricular activities, catering to a diverse st udent body of 800 students. Provide support and resources to over 200 students within a single year.• Collaboratively coordinate and work closely with the ESOL & DLBE program teams, fostering strongpartnerships and ensuring seamless integration of service s. Lead and support three 6-8 teams andprofessional learning communities (PLCs) through effective collaboration, encouraging sharedexpertise and collective growth.
