When I first took over my first leadership role, I was fortunate to have a strong Executive Coach to help me transition into a true Executive. At the same time, I realized that there is opportunity in the market for Executive Coaches and Mentors that have significant real-life experience as an organizational leader. I am a uniquely well-rounded in all aspects of business, from New Product Development, Sales and Marketing through to Production and Supply Chain - and within countries from all of the Americas to Europe. I have created and executed successful business strategies, resulting in the leading product in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Argentina, and the fastest-growing cleaning brands. I have launched new products, fostered employee satisfaction programs, and led the industrialization of our US plant. I initiated our global sustainability strategy, leading to strong commitments like carbon neutrality and curbside recyclability. I can now bring all of this experience into successful Executive Coaching and Mentoring relationships.
