Formerly W12 Studios, TCS Interactive is a specialist design studio working with a wide range of global clients. I’ve led a 20-strong design team for a large global banking brand - working collaboratively with the bank’s design and product teams and leading squads to research, concept and execute next-gen wealth experiences. I’ve worked with a high-street retailer to create a one-stop digital platform for buyers and suppliers; and a large electronics brand to define an omnichannel vision for the future of retail. I\'m currently helping to transform the pensions experience for workers and retirees across the UK. I also help shape and deliver our Client + Craft + Culture ethos, helping to hire, nurture, and grow the design team.
