Working alongside Ross Kieran who heads up Oceans Bristol Land & New Homes Department and working with small, medium and national housebuilders we identify sites within the south west centred around Bristol. Sites include PD office blocks, part complete sites, refurbs as well as brown and greenfield sites. Ocean are the leading firm of independent estate agents in Bristol who will then sell the completed units if required.Currently acting on a number of sites in production within the immediate area with a very strong pipeline units for sites starting in 2017/8 which we will start selling off plan - it will be a very busy few years ahead. Also becoming increasingly involved in selling investments on behalf of landlords including freehold ground rent sales which is totally different but very satisfying.Ross and I welcome contact and coffee (and beer) with any developers who are planning or considering developments in this fine city.
