Tim serves Cornerstone Capital Holdings as an Executive Advisor and Board Member.Tim also serves as an Independent Executive Advisor, with various Aerospace companies consulting firms, like Patriot Industrial Partners. Tim retired from Doncasters, LTD as Chief Commercial Officer / President of Doncasters, Inc. in December 2018 after 5 years of service, with overall responsibility for Doncasters Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Relations, and Business Development. Tim retired from UTC (Rohr/ Goodrich/ UTAS) in August 2013, with 30 years of service. Tim was Vice President, Supply Chain and Strategic Initiatives at United Technologies Aerospace Systems - Aerostructures, and the Chairman of the Board for GATT – Tianjin China (United Technologies Aerospace Systems Chinese facility and operations).Tim has held various leadership positions in Supply Chain, Aftermarket Services, Customer Support, Program Management, Business Development and Operations. He is also a certified “Lean Manufacturing” Practitioner with extensive continuous improvement experience, and has a BA in Business, with an emphasis in Aviation Management. Tim worked/ works a consultant for several Aerospace companies, like Singapore Aerospace, Emerald, Patriot Industrial Partners, BluOrange and DONCASTERS and the Private Equity Firm - Cornerstone Capital in the areas of BD, M&A, Supply Chain Management, Global Sourcing, and Lean Manufacturing.Tim also supports and consults with Patriot as a Senior Adviser. Tim has played a lead role in establishing strategies for competitive cost country manufacturing and sourcing, including Mexico, Vietnam, Malaysia, and China. Tim also volunteers for Interfaith Community Services in Carlsbad, CA. as a \"Specialist\" helping those in need in seeking employment, developing resumes, and professional advice.
