I’m on a mission to overcome the stigma of real estate agents.When I was a kid, I didn’t dress up as a Realtor for Halloween and I certainly didn’t ask for real estate training for Christmas.Everyone loves real estate but most don’t like real estate agents. While people need Realtors, they equally hate them.Even with all the other job options, here I am, a real estate agent, trying to escape the thoughtlessness, pushy, untrustworthy reputation that has been ruined by countless before me. “Hey, what do you do for a living?” Me:(whispers) “I’m a real estate agent…”I’m here to take the reputation back. To restore, teach, and be an example for how the real estate profession ought to be. It won’t be easy, but nothing worthwhile ever is. It’s time to put the thoughtfulness back into the buying or selling process and here I am, reporting for duty. Thinking of making a move? Ignite is Keller Williams University’s signature training course for all real estate agents, agents new to KW, and those looking to grow their business to become \"Capping\" agents. It has a single objective—to propel real estate agents into immediate productivity leveraging the proven models and systems that power those of the most successful agents in the business.As an Ignite instructor, I teach classes of agents on various topics such as Winning with Sellers, Winning with Buyers, How to Build a Database and more. Each one of these classes is a clock hour course allowing attending agents to both learn how to get into production and fulfill their Continuing Education requirements from the DOL.
